Let me know what's going on! This website is dedicated to all of the athletes and disciplines found in the Ho Shin Sool family. Send me your success stories....finally do 20 chin-ups?...did you earn a new belt?...did you finally make Mark tap?...did you manage to keep Jim from hitting you only 200 times in one minute instead of 300??? We want to know!!! Just write your story the way you would like to see it and attach some photos if you have them. If you have any ideas on how to make the site better....ie. adding headings....let me know! I'm not that great at this and I could use some help.
